Our town has a HUGE Christmas parade every year on the Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving. Big Bear and I took Nugget to his first Christmas parade tonight. We met up with Nugget's cousins and his Nannan (grandma). It was a lot of fun! Nugget enjoyed the fire trucks and the bands best.

We didn't stay until Santa made his entrance. After two hours Nugget and Mommy were DONE. This was the first of many holiday events that I no longer have to say, 'Maybe next year.' It's finally our year, and I am so excited about it all!!
How special! I know you have waited SO long to have these kinds of "firsts" with Nugget. He looks so cute, I just want to cuddle him :-)

ReplyDeleteHannah and I took in our first Santa Claus parade last Saturday night and are going to a nearby town tomorrow night to enjoy another one. Small town parades are the best! Like you we had a nativity scene and everyone called out, 'Merry Christmas!'
Oh what a Merry, merry Christmas this is going to be for you! (And me too!!) Can you even begin to imagine how much fun we'll have watching our children on Christmas morning?!!
Too, too cute in the hat! Really enjoy seeing all your pictures of the little guy's firsts. Wish we were closer, but we'll take what we can get.
