Yes! I did it!!
I went for a swim this morning!
It wasn't nearly as cute as the picture.
I did manage to do 25 laps in 45 minutes.
That is just over 3/4 of a mile!!!
It is a LOT better than I thought I would do after being out of the pool for three months!!
:) Your first swim post was the first one I ever read. It's what got me coming back. Glad to see you are in the pool again.
ReplyDeleteYou go girl!! If only I could be as motivated :o)
ReplyDeleteGood for you...I am so glad you got back in the water....sounds like you had a great swim:)
ReplyDeleteLisa
I so need to do that! Thanks for the inspiration!

Good for you!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of you. Very inspiring!
ReplyDeleteYou go girly..

Have a Great Evening..
It had to feel good again. Right now the pool sounds so wonderful to me...although I might just like to float about like a lazy lump!
ReplyDeleteOMG CUTE PICS!!!! And good for you! Geesh... remind me never to try to escape you in a pool; you move WAY too fast - I'd be dead meat...lol.
ReplyDeleteway to go Stacy!! you inspire me, i'm a total slug!!
ReplyDeleteGood job, girl. Gotta start somewheres! I'll bet that you were nearly as cute - minus the fur coat! Happy New year. xo
ReplyDeleteI so admire you..my son swims and I know how hard he works. I would die at about 1 yard.
ReplyDeletehehehe~ You're so funny!!! I'm sure you were adorable?!! Crazy... but adorable!!!
ReplyDeleteI so admire you! Swimming in the depth of winter, would defintely be the last thing on my mind, in winter!!! I'm sending you some warm sunshine!
Good 4 U!!!
ReplyDeleteBut here is the question:
Did you pack your new flat iron, so you could have straight hair when you went to school??
That is fantastic!! You go girl! I am very proud of you and would love to see pics of you even though thr polar bears are too adorable for words!!
ReplyDeletePlease send your energy my way!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood for you!!! Great job!!
ReplyDeleteKristy
You go girl! That is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteJust checked back in today to make sure there wasn't a new post that I had missed...but, alas, no! I didn't comment the first time I saw this post, but just had to this time...I'm thinkin' that between swimming that far AND taking your three dogs on regular walks, you are going to be one fit blogger!!!
ReplyDelete(I'm still taking my threesome out nearly every day (along with the two youngest kids)...we are in a groove! We average about one hour and fifteen minute walks now! I'm happy to report that all three of the dogs have gotten beautiful at walking together...the leashes just hang loosely--more for show than filling an actual need!)
