Guess What I Did Today?

Here's a hint~

Yes! I did it!!

I went for a swim this morning!
It wasn't nearly as cute as the picture.
I did manage to do 25 laps in 45 minutes.
That is just over 3/4 of a mile!!!
It is a LOT better than I thought I would do after being out of the pool for three months!!

  1. :) Your first swim post was the first one I ever read. It's what got me coming back. Glad to see you are in the pool again.

  8. It had to feel good again. Right now the pool sounds so wonderful to me...although I might just like to float about like a lazy lump!

  18. Just checked back in today to make sure there wasn't a new post that I had missed...but, alas, no! I didn't comment the first time I saw this post, but just had to this time...I'm thinkin' that between swimming that far AND taking your three dogs on regular walks, you are going to be one fit blogger!!!

(I'm still taking my threesome out nearly every day (along with the two youngest kids)...we are in a groove! We average about one hour and fifteen minute walks now! I'm happy to report that all three of the dogs have gotten beautiful at walking together...the leashes just hang loosely--more for show than filling an actual need!)
